Nichols Inc. is a full service property damage mitigation and restoration company with over 30 years of combined experience. We are based in Richmond, Virginia and have been serving the area since the company’s founding in 1987.

Jerry Nichols founded the company. He attended the North Carolina State School of Textiles. The business started in carpet cleaning and, over the years, has expanded into other cleaning and restoration services.

Nichols Inc. is certified in several areas to include: carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning; water damage restoration; mold remediation; structural drying; fire and smoke restoration; odor elimination; HVAC duct cleaning; tile and masonry cleaning; and crime scene cleanup.

We are also a Class A General Contractor. We’re able to assist homeowners and businesses with construction projects ranging from small repairs to full property reconstruction.
